This customer had some damage from recent storms to their roof, gutter-covers and vinyl soffit. We replaced damaged gutter covers with a new SUREFLOW aluminum screening and replaced damaged shingles matching color as closely as possible. We discovered unexpected wood-rot beside vinyl chimney and replaced for no additional cost. We resecured loose soffit and performed general preventative maintenance by sealing exposed nail heads, storm collars ect.

we first performed a thorough roof inspection. We then replaced damaged shingles (which customer provided) in multiple areas throughout the mansard style portion of the roof.

This customer kept hearing a drip when it rained so after inspecting attic we could see evidence of water trailing down the galvanized tubing on the inside of the vinyl chimney so we first reflashed the entire base of chimney installing new copper flashing as well as new shingles. We also installed new ice & watershield covering entire base on all 4 sides including cricket. We then sanded, sealed & painted metal chimney-cap. This chimney should be problem free for years to come!

Customer stated she’d been stood up by other contractors and was thankful we showed up. I don’t understand why companies leave their customers hanging.(communication is key) Needless to say we’re very different in our approach! We certainly appreciate all business big or small and are happy we could help resecure this loose gutter and provide some peace of mind before the next big rain..

In this case of a leaky skylight that is no more, we first removed the existing shingles surrounding the problematic skylight. We then replaced it with a new 10 year warrantied, Veluxe skylight complete with ice & watershield and factory flashing kit followed by installing new matching shingles leftover from the previous roof replacement and needless to say, this targeted leak repair is now another Envious Home Improvement!

This roofing project was a newly constructed pool house. We installed a new 1.5 inch metal edging as well as a new GAF 30 year Timberline series architectural style shingle in charcoal black.

For this customer and long time family friend we helped start the claim process, once approved we replaced entire roof, removing 2 layers of shingles we then upgraded to 30 year architectural at no additional charge. We installed an Owens Corning oak ridge series in OnyxBlack with synthetic underlayment and all new edge-metal ect. We replaced all rotted decking and facia as needed. This family friend should stay dry and be in good shape for many years to come!

Performed several roof and gutter repairs on this property such as cleaning and rescuing existing gutter as well as rescuing rubber roof to wall with termination bar and resetting all metal wall-caps along entire front and more.

Replaced entire roof installing a new 30 year Owens Corning architectural shingle in the color Driftwood giving this customer a free shingle upgrade from 25 year shingles to 30 year to relieve any stress of having to come out of pocket to cover cost for a better roof than the home had originally. Most homeowners insurance policies won’t pay for any type of upgrades but rather the same type of materials that are installed originally!
